Well, if you're talking about the dot missing from the end of the second
production for fractional-constant in the syntax for floating constants in
subclause 6.1.3.1, we can't blame Schildt or his publisher for that. It's
not in the standard, either. At least it's not in the copy of
ANSI/ISO 9899-1990 that I purchased from ANSI. It does appear in
Annex B, but that's not part of the standard, of course.
Has the proper procedure been followed to report and correct this
typo in the ANSI version of the ISO standard?
